Disciplinary Record

I keep being told I have the worst disciplinary record in the division and that I must improve it. Other than losing a player from time to time this doesn't really affect me. I feel it would be better if there were more stringent punishments for being too aggressive in my style of play.

Fair comment, any suggestions how to penalise? FA fines after a specific number of red and/or yellow cards in the season, season after double the fine if penalty target reached again?
